This is the first book that Sarah-Jane has written and it now appears as helpful reading material in the library at Cancer Research UK, Macmillan Cancer Support and also in the boutique reading library at Breast Cancer Care in Western Australia. Since the publication Worms on Parachutes has an abundance of 5 star reviews on Amazon and very positive reviews on the Book only social media platform Goodreads Sarah has made her home in a tiny village in Bedfordshire where time is devoted to bringing up her two daughters, a female cat (following a mix up with its gender) and a Shih Tzu called Freddie, whom she named after one of the surgeons who saved her life. Her husband can mostly take care of himself. Her interests range from a deep love of boy bands to raising money for a charity which is very close to her heart, Breakthrough Breast Cancer. I have survived two forms of cancer. As a result you can find me doing anything from running a marathon to juggling collection pots at local supermarkets and hosting black tie events to raise money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer and other related charities. Sarah fell in love with Fundraising so much she is now also a regional fundraiser for her local hospice and is inspired to make the difference when it matters the most. Sarah also runs a local support group for ladies facing breast reconstruction following a diagnosis of breast cancer determined to give something back following her own experience and reconnection moment. Worms on parachutes is a very special gift that she wrote as a thank you for her truly amazing medical team. But it has become so much more than that. It is now offering a tremendous amount of comfort and support to those touched by cancer each day. With readers taking to Amazon to leave their feedback.
