This unit was used very little, perhaps as little as a week of total connected time. I bought it for days when there was nothing to do while on the road, but was always too busy to watch TV. Most of it's life has been in the back of my tow vehicle, or in my garage. Comes with manuals, remote, RCA cable, HDMI cable and coax cable.  There is a slight amount of abrasion (cable rub from traveling) on the center front of the receiver. See pictures for condition.
