This is a new AC Delco(GM) ignition switch.   It is an OEM NOS AC Delco (GM) switch, not an aftermarket replacement.  The part number is 16014416 (15-71113), it is in group # 9.275 of the GM parts catalogs . It is unused and has been on my warehouse shelf since it was purchased from Delco. The actual listing is shown in one of the photographs. The photo is the actual item you are buying.
