Items are removed from the original ball they come in to confirm contents than stored in an enclosed container/ziploc bags until sold and shipped.  Everything in photo is included (Pet, Birth Certificate, 2 Stickers-1 of pet, bottle).  Bottle may be blue, pink or yellow, if you have a preference on color please message me to let me know.
