Barebone Dell OptiPlex 7050 SFF W10 Desktop PC - 6, 7th Gen DDR4 M.2 DP HDMI. Item is refurbished and in excellent condition same as photo. There may be some very minor cosmetic marks / very minor surface scratches from prior use, systems are in similar condition to that shown in the photos. All internal and external components have been professionally cleaned and are in good working order. System has been tested and is confirmed as fully functional. All Fan are in good working order (no rattling or vibration). All systems have 'Intel Core i7 Inside' sticker present on front grill. Includes genuine mainboard embedded Windows 10 professional license. Mainboard BIOS is unlocked with no password required. Power cable included. May be some variation in part numbers printed on components noted below. Identical item photographed. System is wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and sent inside a 330 x 330 x 110 mm cardboard box. Sent via Australia Post as a STANDARD Extra Large Box/Satchel (2 to 6 business days) 3kg to 5kg.

This is a 'Barebone' system; meaning that it does NOT include specific components that are essential for immediate operation of this system. Components required for operation are noted below:
REQUIRED COMPONENTS:
CPU: Requires an Intel i3 / i5 / i7 - 6th / 7th Gen Processor (1151 socket type) and thermal paste.
RAM: Requires at least 4 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz 288-pin DIMM Desktop Memory / RAM.*
SSD: Requires a storage device (2.5" HDD / SSD or M.2 drive) with a minimum capacity of at least 20 GB. **
USB: Requires a USB storage device with a minimum capacity of 8 GB to boot from and install Windows 10 Professional in the first instance.
NET: Requires a connection to the internet to activate Windows 10 professional after installation. License activation Instructions are noted below under heading 'Windows 10 License Activation'.
* RAM minimum capacity or 4 GB is based on Dell's minimum system requirements for this system, actual minimum requirements may differ based on installed operating system. 8 GB - 16 GB (or greater capacity) is recommend for optimal performance.
** Storage device minimum capacity is based on Microsoft's minimum system requirements for Windows 10 professional (64-Bit), 64 GB - 128 GB (or greater capacity) is recommended for optimal performance.
*** Another computer may be required to prepare a bootable USB drive with the required Windows 10 professional setup / installation files. The 'Windows 10 media creation tool' can be freely downloaded directly from Microsoft's website and can be used to configure the required USB drive.

** The onboard HDMI port and onboard DisplayPorts will not work unless the installed CPU supports either 'Intel HD Graphics 630 / 610' or 'Intel HD Graphics 530 / 510'. Were a CPU does not support these onboard graphics processors types a dedicated graphics cards is required for video / display output on this system.
ONBOARD GRAPHIC MAXIMUM OUTPUT: OPTIPLEX 7050
When operating a CPU that support 'Intel HD Graphics 630 / 610 / 530 / 510' the onboard graphics adapter is capable of supporting upto (x3) 8-Bit rated displays at 3840 x 2160 (4K / QHD), with two (x2) displays connected via DisplayPort v1.2 operating at 60 Hz and one (x1) HDMI v1.4 connected display operating at 30 Hz. Faster hertz (Hz) frequencies may be obtainable at lower resolutions. The maximum number or displays, resolution and refresh rate is only obtainable when all components in the connecting chain meet the requirements defined for DisplayPort standard 1.2 and HDMI standard 1.4. Where a lower standard is adopted connected devices may attenuate to a lower resolution or hertz frequency.

This configuration inhibits connection of more than one (x1) HDD / SSD at a time without the use of an appropriate (and not included) 'SATA (x1 input) standard size power connector' to SATA (x2 output) standard size power connector adapter.

The included genuine Windows 10 professional license is embedded on the mainboard of the system. Activation of this license occurs automatically when the system is first connected to the internet. However; If activation does not occur automatically the process can be initiated by navigating to 'Start' > 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Activation' and clicking the 'Activate Now' button.
