MY PINK CARD WHICH IS SO PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED IN MY PHOTOS IS WRONG - IT SHOULD READ 13/16 of an inch.

I believe this vintage lock and key was originally used on a pinball or arcade machine.

It works well using the key that is included.
