Exact Application Unknown - Never have seen this design with the coat of arms on a circle back - there is another 1920's 1930's similar design with the coat of arms as the center with the wings attached.

This one has the coat of arms as a focal point surrounded by a circle base

It is old so it has issues, some pitting in the circle, scratches, wear, etc but shows very well for it's age

Measures 4.25" across with a vertical circle measurement of aprox 1-7/16"

Has 2 mounting screws with a center to center distance of aprox 2.5"
