This 2-bulb Porcelier fixture in very good condition. It has a cream colored background with displays of roses and garden flowers in red, pink, blue, purple, yellow, and green. It has two 24k gold accent rings around the perimeter and the gold is in very good condition. The light was manufactured by Porcelier sometime between the late 1920's and the early 1950's, the lifetime of the company, and it is appropriate for both art deco and mid-century modern design.
We have removed all of the ceiling paint and dirt from the fixture, and it has been rewired, tested, and is guaranteed to perform correctly. It has the original, signed porcelain and brass bulb sockets which take standard base bulbs (bulbs not included).
The pull chain switch was disassembled, cleaned, and lubed and it works perfectly. We added a new antique brass chain and left it a little long (18") but it is easy to trim and we would be glad to trim it for you if you specify the length. The original porcelain pull knob was missing when we got the fixture, so we added a new plastic one. The sale includes the correct mounting hardware (antique brass mounting nut, threaded nipple, & crossbar). If you would prefer a different mounting nut and pull chain, we also have them in bright brass, nickel, and dark brown (statuary bronze). Just ask and we will substitute.
The fixture is 10-3/4" long, 5-3/4" wide, and 2-1/2" high (not including mounting nut). Uses standard base bulbs (not included).
