This is a vintage 1 and 3/8 dye tap it is Mark FTR Macedonia it's also MarkED 12nf and then it looks like it says HSS GH4. Got this bit out of a machine shop estate sale they said it never been used there is some rust on it it is very sharp and does not look to be used. This is a high quality thread tap.
