NEW RCA 19" Flat Screen TV   Model RT1970  with Screen Defect

I opened the box to inspect the TV, because the box was beat up.  There is a small vertical line on the upper left side of the screen, as shown in the third picture.  This is the only defect that I saw... this is why it's being sold "For parts or not working".  This is the actual TV you will receive with everything pictured.

Items are normally shipped the same/next day after receiving payment.
