Panasonic AM/FM System Stereo SS-7500 Stereo Receiver Model SA-750.  AM/FM tuner tunes, no lights.  Top left corner cracked.  Only right side speakers put sound out, left side does not.  Stopped testing at that point, nothing else tested.  Nice receiver, pretty rare to find at all.
