YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AUTOMATICALLY UNTIL YOU CONFIRMED THE ABOVE.

1 : It is customers responsibility to have an unloading tool for the order. Unless you would like us to provide the unloading and installation service at our additional charge (to be confirmed over the phone)

2: We also take a pre-order for you if the item is out of stock. The processing time for pre-order is usually 2-4 weeks.

3: Please understand all our products are brand new, and it is normal that the product has minor small scratches or minor dents which happen during the loading and unloading of the product.

4: The Product comes with the drain floor and the main pipe, it is customers responsibility to get the plumber to configure the water intake.

Damage Claim

If you find the item package is damaged when delivered, please do not sign for the delivery. Our delivery company will redeliver the item ASAP after.

If you find the item inside the package is damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item to initiate the claim process.
