Name of the painting is " Lone Gull" The inspiration for the painting was when Uwe Werner and his spouse walked the beach in Santa Monica every morning the Gull would follow behind them. This painting was the 6th original painting in the series.

Local artist Tony D'Amico of Cary, North Carolina, bought a painting,known as "Lone Gull" for $6.99 at a thrift store, only to find out that it was an original painting by Uwe Werner, a well-known seascape artist.
