You receive actual item pictured.  This was received directly from a Kenner rep back in the late 1980s / early 1990s.  They had a few different figures in plastic bags with the blue "made in Hong Kong" stamp.  Umbrella is factory sealed which is different than the carded version.  Figure is unused condition and action works well.  Ships quickly and securely.
