The glass is intact with no cracks or chips. The handle is metal with a gold tone finish as is the metal neck on the carafe and both have some scratches and scuffs to their surface over the years. I've taken many photos and uploaded them here so please look over all of them to see the condition for yourself.

I am experienced with packing and shipping vintage and fragile items and will package this up very carefully to make its way safely to its new home. No worries, only happy mail from me!
