Guys?

This is a blast from the past. It’s a 60’s parlor style guitar with a music note painted-on pick guard. This one came to me bowed-in and unplayable because the action was too low. I performed surgery on it and replaced/repaired the braces to give the soundboard its original shape. It now has perfect action and plays with a sweet sound that reminds you of the dirty thirties.

The tuners are original and work well. They were cleaned, polished and oiled. The frets were cleaned and polished.

The neck is a bolt-on neck that can be adjusted if needed in the future. The top which was removed to gain access to the braces, was reglued, sealed with wood putty and the seams were repainted. All the hardware was polished.

This is a beautiful piece of history. You won’t be disappointed. Most of these models will be bowed inward on top. You won’t find one that has been refurbished like this one. You’ll have a player for another 60 years if you care for it,

I’ve put on light strings which is appropriate for this guitar.

There is no case for this listing. It will be bubble wrapped and packaged with care in a guitar shipping box.
