Description

This listing is for a set of ten circa 1910 or so French Limoges porcelain fish plates. The plates are unmarked but I am attributing them to a Limoges maker. The plates measure 8 3/8" in diameter and feature a pretty light blue and green hues with various hand painted fish and aquatic plants. The scalloped edges are trimmed in a pretty deep green and further enhanced with gilt.

Seven of the plates are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Three of the plates have a small rim chip. Please see the many photographs for more on the look and condition as they are an important part of the description.
