Made by Fisher Price for their Action People Line
Octopus was originally in sets #323 (Aero-Marine Search Team)  & #358 (Deep Sea Diver)

Made in Hong Kong
Measures 6 inches long - 1 inch tall

Octopus is in played with condition - 
Eyes have lost some green paint
Some of the tentacles have textured flat ends - I'm unsure if this is from play or factory
