In the event of you being unavailable to accept delivery, the courier may leave your delivery with a neighbour if they are willing to sign on your behalf. It may also be left at local Post Office/Delivery Depo for you to collect.

Return are accepted within 30 days. If you have changed your mind about the order you will be required to cover the return postage cost. We will not accept returns if the item is not properly packed and damaged in transport.
