Used:

An item has been previously used. The item may have some sign of cosmetic wear, but fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or shop return that has been used. See the sellers listings for full details and description of any imperfections.


Customers responsibility:

Customers should match the pictures and part numbers before they finalise the purchase to avoid any confusions. If the customer purchases any item by mistake, 25% of the purchase amount shall be deducted on refund. Please read all the description and policies before finalising the purchase.


Returns:

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the item to be sent back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. You need to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.


Payments:

We accept payment by credit or debit card, PayPal, cash and bank transfer. Some cards are subject to handling charges as set by the providers, please confirm before proceeding.

All auctions and buy it now prices include VAT. If you are local we are happy for you to come and pick the item up. We have a walk in counter for customers and are always happy to help with any queries or problems. Our opening hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday.

Postage and packaging rates mentioned on the website are for UK mainland only. Items with free postage are stated accordingly.

Postage rates for Scottish highlands, Ireland / Northern Ireland / Scottish islands / Scilly isles / Isle of Man / Isle of Wight and PO Box are more than the rates mentioned on the advertisements. Customers in the above mentioned areas are requested to confirm the postage rates through calling or messaging us.
