This is a vintage sealed 1973 Kenner General Mills Spirograph No. 1421 complete with original pens, instruction booklet, and 16 sheets of white paper (one has turned brownish on one side that was next to the cardboard box bottom).  Box is in good show, showing some wear.  Inner brown box also shows corner wear, one corner detached.  See pictures for overall condition.  Please take a look at my other items for more collectibles.  Reminder to international buyers that you are responsible for any fees or import charges that may apply to shipping this item.
