This item is new in box. Never used. Stored away in an attic. I tested it out in the box but the batteries didn't work because of how old it was. I took it out of the box and put new batteries in and it works perfectly. The batteries are now out of it but there is a video included to show you that this item works!  I do not believe its mouth moves while talking.
