Review

"I love the beautifully illustrated Train Your Mind Like a Ninja card deck! The authors' own ninja skills are apparent as they masterfully adapted the wisdom of mindful awareness for young minds, while preserving the power of the techniques. I'll enjoy using these cards myself."—Seth J. Gillihan, PhD, clinical psychologist and co-author of The CBT Deck for Kids and Teens and A Mindful Year

"Train Your Mind Like a Ninja is a cute, fun, and useful card deck for kids. Having worked with kids for years on emotional regulation, I know how important it is to have evidence-based relaxation strategies that actually work. Making it fun, like this card deck, means kids will actually use the skills that they desperately need. Reading through the deck, I kept picturing different clients who would love the cute illustrations, easy directions, and Ninja imagery. Practical and enjoyable!"—Kelsey Torgerson Dunn, MSW, LCSW, anxiety therapist and author of CBT Anger Management Skills for Teens With Anxiety-Driven Anger
