The candle holder is in good used condition.  The glass has no damage.  The black-painted metal stand does have some paint loss on the bottom and on the end of the smallest circle.  There are tiny bits of rust there.  I did not try to remove the rust.  You could use steel wool or touch up with black paint.  Pleae see all photos.   Thanks for checking out my store.
