PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION IN FULL. This 3 piece St John suit is Black and Black Label St John. The fabric on the pant and jacket is St John Ponte Milano which is better than any other Ponte fabric I have purchased. The fabric content on the jacket and pant is 67 % Viscose 28 % Nylon 5 % Spandex. The suit is dry clean only. Please point out to your dry cleaner the directions for dry cleaning which are found on the inside seam. I have the suit in navy blue and had it dry cleaned many times and it keeps it’s shape. The fabric does have some stretch.
I suggest that you pull three pieces from your closet and measure it flat laying down without stretching the fabric. Size 16, 18 and XL are no longer made in volume by St John. Not so easy to find these sizes any longer especially in new condition. There are many smaller sizes in St John Designer clothing on these platforms but only a few in XL, 16 & 18. I want you to be happy and wear my garments happy and in great health. I do not accept returns so the fit is important. Moving from Miami with huge walk in closets and now on the west coast of Florida in a house with small closets, there will be clothing listed here every day. Just no room here. The important thing is you pull garments from your closet and measure. I have been wearing St John since the 90’s and know, from first hand experience, garments made by St John can be different in where they are manufactured. They manufacture in USA, China, Mexico, Macau, etc. This suit is made in China and the top, Mexico. It is a beautiful suit. It does have some stretch but not as stretchy as Santana Knits. The suit can be worn for dress occasions also and does have glitz by the design of the rows of black tone studs down the arms of the jacket and around the neck of the top.
