Played through a few times, overall in good condition record wise. The sleeve has some minor wear, small dings on the corners and then the top has marks where the print has worn away. It is not a seam split but it seems like it tried to become one (there is no rip or hole its just the print being worn away). Minor dings on the inner sleeve.
