Up for sale is an ultra rare 1999 Pokemon TCG Base Set Seel Uncommon card #41/102 in GEM MINT condition, graded a PSA 10 by the Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA). As per the PSA database, there are only 175 total GEM MINT 10 graded cards in circulation!!!!

This card, manufactured by Nintendo, features Seel, a Basic Stage Pokemon with 60 HP, and an illustration by Ken Sugimori. The card comes with a Regular finish and is part of the Base Set with a rarity of Uncommon. This card was just graded and received back from PSA today so it is in pristine condition, including the case, which was immediately placed within a protective bag.
