This is either the tiniest Meerschaum opium pipe I have ever seen or a cigarette/cheroot holder.  I suspect the latter.  It is beautifully carved in the form of a hand supporting the bowl.  It has a glorious rosy pink colour and comes with a fitted leather case.  The condition apart from the previously mentioned glued repair is good. Fortunately it is still smokable.
