William Henry Goss began to make small miniature versions of , vases, tyg cups etc This began in the 1880s from the influence of William`s sons who joined the company and Goss is now highly collectible with a Goss Collectors group 

I place the dating as early 1900 to 1920s Definitely in the Antique age
