If you like Ike toners, here's a set for you. I had originally listed it with images of lesser quality so, to do it justice, I rephotographed the set and am now relisting it with a premium. This is definitively a BU collection, with a bunch of choice Ikes and perhaps a few gems to boot. I've tried to match the coins, so most of the CuNi business strikes are album rim- or target-toned. Several of the 40% silver business strikes are monsters, esp. the '71-S and the '’73-S.

While I think that the '73-S is naturally toned, its deep blues, copper-reds, and purples might make one suspect it as AT. I suppose I could add the '78-S proof to that short list, given its deep colors obv. and rev. (But it's such a cool coin!) The reverse of the T1 ’76-S proof (40% silver) has a color line, as if a piece of paper affected the toning; whether that’s a blemish or a beauty mark rests in the eye of the beholder. Either way, the coin's got a lot of color. (My personal favorite: the '77 Proof. I've not seen anything like it.)

The average AU/BU Ike set sells on eBay for $250 or thereabouts. I'm effectively asking a mere $100 premium for the toning. That's probably insane on my part, since several of the coins--the '74-S clad proof and the '74-S 40% proof, to mention two with strong, clean fields--seem gradable to my hobbyist eye. Yes, I could sell each coin individually, but I built this set thematically and am willing to sell it the way I built it.

The physical album itself is not one that I purchased but was already in use in a set. The front cover has a slight crease in its binding from wear, more noticeable to the touch than the eye; this does not affect the overall appearance, but I'm giving this as a minute detail. (See the photo.)
