Shipping
We ship our products via Japan Post Airmail or FedEx Airmail. Please understand that delivery may take longer than the scheduled arrival date due to national holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, deliveries to remote locations, or a reduction in flights due to global circumstances.
All shipments (via Japan Post or FedEx) come with a tracking number and insurance.

Payment of import duties and taxes is usually carried out by the shipping company upon receipt of the package. This is separate from the shipping cost.
