Warranty/Returns:

We will exchange (or refund where refunds are offered) the items with the issues we may have missed, within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to test factory sealed products (including old stock retro/collectibles/vintage) but we will replace them free of charge within 30 days of delivery (in some cases buyers may be asked to cover related shipping costs).

If you change your mind about your purchase, we may be able to exchange (or refund where applicable) within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original/resalable condition. For your protection and ours all items are supplied with security tags and all serial numbers are recorded.

Vintage / EOL / Discontinued by manufacturer electronics and collectibles: Functionality and/or performance is not guaranteed of all new unopened vintage/EOL electronics and collectibles, as well as in some used items. They are sold as collectibles only.
