This is a fantastic India Patiala State stamp, issued in 1884 03 Essay.  This is the 2 Anna Dull Blue on White Paper (10 millimeter).  It is in Very Fine to Extremely Fine condition, and is Mint with its Original Gum intact!  For more information, please see the Stanley Gibbons footnote.  This is a VERY RARE and lovely stamp!
