This is a Full Letter from Barbados to Bermuda, sent in 1851 and received on June 25th of that year.

There are clear Barbados and St. Thomas marks on the back, which is lovely.  However, what makes this cover so special is the VERY RARE 'FORWARDED BY MIDDLETON' Marking.
