Three items are needed for a remote oil filter assembly.
1: Choose a remote bypass adapter to replace your oil filter.
2: Choose a remote oil filter bracket (shown as suggestion below).
3: Choose a hose kit (shown as a suggestion below) to connect the bypass adapter and oil filter bracket.

Summary: I bought this product for a pre-oiler filter mount so as to lube my engine while in storage. A problem though not too major if you pay attention to it is the raised words IN & OUT by the ports. They are incorrect, oil goes into a filter from the outside diameter and the clean oil flows through the filter to the inside diameter. If you plumbed the way it is shown you would be running the oil backwards through the filter.

Summary: I just installed a 440 dodge in engine in a 1935 Plymouth Coupe , very narrow engine bay had to move the filter . It would be nice if Brass 90 degree fittings were offered on the same page . I had to go with Nylon irrigation sprayer fittings .
