About the Artist:
Penelope has painted for her entire life and started selling paintings 20 years ago, and has since had a huge number of solo exhibitions. She lives in a converted chapel in the Shropshire Hills and now exhibits her work in over 30 galleries internationally. Well known for her “Fowl”, “Flowers” and “Land and Seascape” paintings, her style is very distinctive.
Having studied at the Froebel Institute in Roehampton, she is a prolific artist and exhibits internationally. Penelope is an elected Associate of the Birmingham Society of the Arts and an Associate of the Society of Women Artists.
Colour, movement and life are the key elements of Penelope's work. A Member of The Society of Women Artist and Fellow of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists, she has achieved a number of awards.
