Description
This is an excellent large tea kettle /pot from Mason's in their superb 'Watteau' pattern dating to between 1935 and 1936.
The kettle is in super condition with no chips or losses, just a couple of very small firing lines from production around the handle bases and the inside of the lid handle. Unusually with these pieces, there is very little glaze crazing, only seen on the top surround. The main body, spout, handle and lid appear free from any crazing. Please see photos to appreciate the great condition.
The kettle measures approximately 9inches (23cm) to the top of the handle.
