This is a Cook Islands BLOCK OF 4 Scott 88b, the 4d Black & Bright Blue. 

These are bright, fresh, and very well-centered!  They are also Mint Never Hinged with their original Gum, and in Very Fine condition!  A truly beautiful block of Cook Islands material!
