This is a British WWII Censor Cover, sent from London, UK to a the Prisoner of War Agency in Geneva.  It was sent on 6/16/1943.

Some things to note with this cover are the 1168 A Censor tape, and the BLUE OVAL PRISONER OF WAR INFORMATION BUREAU Handstamp on the front.  It also has German Censor tape on the back.
