1.ALL ITEMS BEING DELIVERED BY THE COURIER MUST BE CHECKED AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY.

WILL BE REATTEMPTED ON A FURTHER 2 OCCASIONS AND A CARD WILL BE LEFT, IF
DELIVER IS NOT COMPLETED ON 3 ATTEMPTS THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER,
RESULTING IN ANOTHER DELIVERY CHARGE BEING APPLIED TO THE BUYER BEFORE BEING
RESENT.

before and after packaging.

condition and checking that the goods are correct before accepting and

Signing for items upon delivery gives us
confirmation you are happy with the item. AJZ AUTOS will NOT accept any
responsibility for damaged or incorrect items once they have been signed for.

damaged, and we are unable to ship it. We reserve the right to cancel any order

· We are finding increasing occasions when items are purchased to self-diagnose a problem with vehicles and then sent back for a refund, this is a great inconvenience to us and potential customers. Unfortunately, due to this any wrongly ordered item which is returned to us will incur a 20% deduction from the amount due for refund unless otherwise agreed.
· Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to 3rd party Residential Addresses unless previously agreed.
