On offer for your consideration we have a wonderful early antique German Biedermeier period rosewood finish mirrored armoire.

This armoire was made by J.D. Kestner in Germany around 1860's in Biedermeier period. The forms were clean, simple relaxed design. The Biedermeier period is from 1815 to 1850, in dollhouse furniture the design lags a little longer to around 1860.

This armoire came from a collection of dollhouses, kitchens, shops and accessories that I purchased in Heidelberg Germany this past year.
