This is a 1950s post slide rule made by the Frederick Post company it's a versa log catalog number 1460 copyright 1951 this Slide part actually says post and then says Hemi Japan and the slide also says Hemi bamboo Japan this is a high dollar 70 plus year old slide rule, it's seen some wear, but nothing that wouldn't clean right off of it no scratches no real damage to the slide rule the case is that hard leather case I know it's supposed to have a flap that comes over and slides down into the sleeve but it doesn't have that flap.
