Because Lamborghini was founded in 1963, the number "63" has a special meaning. The "Aventador SVJ 63" is a special color combination that is applied to only 63 out of 900 units. Visible carbon is added to the roof and engine hood, and color stripes are added to the front spoiler, side skirts, and rear bumper.

Limited to only 800 cars, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Roadster was introduced at the 2019 Geneva Auto Show. Same as the the Aventador SVJ, the Roadster has a 6.5 liter V12 with 770 horsepower at 8500 RPM and 531 lb ft torque. Lamborghini states it is the most powerful series-production V12 ever. The changes to extract more power include Titanium intake valves, a new intake manifold and revised cylinder heads. 0-62 mph takes a mere 2.9 seconds. Too keep the weight down the removable roof panel is carbon fiber. The Roadster weighs only 110lbs more than the SVJ Coupe.

It is equipped with "ALA 2.0", which is an improved version of the variable aerodynamic system "Aerodynamica Lamborghini Attiva (ALA)" using electronic actuators that are 80% lighter than the traditional hydraulic systems that was first adopted in Huracan Performante.

The electric spoiler at the bottom of the front and the duct from the intake on the engine cover to the bottom of the rear wing are controlled by flaps, and optimal downforce can be obtained during acceleration / deceleration and cornering.
