This is a Dutch East Indies 1857 Pre Stamp Full Letter.  It was sent from Bandong to Batavia. 

The thing to note with this one is the ORED OVAL BANDONG FRANCO Marking, #94c.  This mark goes along with the M/S ink 'FRANCO' on the front.

Take care because this item, though in very good shape, is still extremely old!
