This is a Zanzibar Provisional SG 29, issued in 1895-98.  It has a 2 1/2 Type 6 IN RED.  This is a RARE stamp, and it is in Very Fine Mint Condition with Original Gum.

Something to note with this stamp is that the 1 in 2 1/2 is inverted, if you look closely.

SG 29 is valued at L1500 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalogue.
