Kokomo Opalescent Glass Co. box of 4" x 8" sheet glass samples.  There are (24) total of the 4" x 8" size, 8 of which are cracked or broken.  The top row in the photos are the cracked/broken ones. I think these are from the 1990's as they were among other boxes of opalescent stained-glass samples with papers from those years.  Also included are (2) 8" x 9" sheets.  One intact, and one broken. This box will be shipped in a well-padded and protected Priority Mail shipping box.  But because they are glass samples I cannot replace them for you if some get broken.  The loose tags were in the same box, but I'm not sure what samples they go to. $14.95 USPS Priority Mail shipping.
