Seller Commission
Earn fixed amount or fixed percentage commission on each successfully completed transaction. Fully automated
process. Configure it once, and let the system do all the work – just put your feet up and relax.
Service Favorites
Ability for the users to place services into favorites (bookmarks), and come back at a later date to complete the
purchase. Favorites are accessible, and can be managed from the front-end user control panel.
Multi-Currency Support
Currency rates are Auto-Updated daily based on the Open Exchange Rates API. Exchange rates can also
be edited manually from the Adninistration Panel.
Supporting Multiple Languages
You can run user interface on your online service marketplace in as many languages as you wish-simultaneously.
Translate all of the textual strings via our easy to use admin panel.
User Notification System
The theme has a built in comprehensive notification system for all of the user actions, such as: services
purchased/sold/delivered, order updated, mutual cancellation requested/accepted/denied, service modification
requested, messages received, feedback posted, custom offer received/accepted/declined/retracted. Each notification
is displayed in the User front-end notification system, and email notifications are sent to the users as well.
User Levels
Users are automatically awarded statuses (levels) based on the volume of sales as well as the reputation. Sales
volume criteria can be defined in the admin section for each level (i.e. minimum of $100 in sales for the previous
month before the user is upgraded to Level 1).
User Messaging System
Built in sophisticated conversation type user messaging system featuring the file uploader, custom offers, filter for
email’s and URL’s, as well as the message notifications.

Enables sellers to activate “vacation mode”, and pause their published jobs/services with three possible away messages/statuses:
“on vacation”, “overbooked”, and “be back soon”. Sellers can conveniently set an end date from the calendar, and the system
will automatically put all the jobs in active mode.
Geolocation
Enables browser location prompt to ask users to allow geolocation. If allowed, the location fields will be filled, and distance will
be displayed on the job cards, as well as the user profile. Last but not least, jobs can be also sorted by distance.
Lazy Loading
Ajax load more button (lazy loading) implemented for each page potentially displaying many items, including: home page,
search/category pages, transaction page, manage sales/purchases, etc.
User Rating System
Online marketplace is nothing without a proper feedback/rating system. That is precisely why we’ve paid special
attention in implementing robust, yet simple to use user rating and reputation system. Overall user reputation is
calculated based on the average feedback (1-5 star ratings) that a single user receives across all of his service
offers. User reputation is then taken into account as a part of the criteria (logic) for automatically upgrading/
downgrading user levels.
Multi-language Support
You can run your online service marketplace in as many languages as you wish – simultaneously. The theme
is currently translated into 3 different languages: German, Spanish and Russian. Translation ready – additional
languages can be added by simply translating the strings via the Poedit software, or the Loco Translate plugin.
Tax Module
If you live in jurisdiction where it is mandatory to collect taxes on online sales, Tax Module will give you the ability
to configure tax percentage which will be added to each transaction automatically based on the location criteria.
Affiliate (Refer a Friend)
The Affiliate (Refer a Friend) extension, as the name implies, will enable your users to earn money by referring
other users to join and/or make purchases on your online marketplace.
Job Multiples
Enable buyers to purchase multiples of the same job and/or extra service. Increasing sales volume is all about
making it more convenient for your end-users to make additional purchases, and Job Multiples offers just that.
Job Multiples can also be limited to only certain Seller Levels and/or paid subscribers.
Account Segregation
Account Segregation extension gives you the ability to separate user registrations, as well as account dashboard,
between marketplace buyers and sellers. It also offers convenient functionality to manually approve sellers before
they are able to publish jobs.
Seller Notifications
Offer your sellers to subscribe to notifications for new service requests published within the categories of their
interest and expertise. A great way to increase the number of bids each service request receives, as well as the
revenue as a final result (requires Account Segregation).
Discounts
Ability for both administrators, as well as sellers, to generate discount codes for buyers to use during the checkout
process. Can be configured so discounts are subtracted from administrator’s earnings, or seller’s earnings. Very
effective for running promo campaigns.
Subscriptions
Require sellers to subscribe to a monthly payment in order to be able to post jobs and/or bid on service requests.
Or, offer additional account benefits: lower commission fees, higher per transaction amount, additional extras, cool
profile label as well as the icon.
SMS Notifications
Along with email notifications, your users can now receive text mobile notifications. There will be no more missed
offer requests, private messages, job deliveries, etc. Increase your revenue! Based on the Twilio SMS Gateway.
Featured Services
Allow your sellers to pay for the featured spot/job on home, category and sub-category pages. Fully integrated/
automated with all of the supported payment gateways. Ability to define the number of featured items per page,
the length the job should be featured for, as well as the price (not compatible with the ‘Reorder’ feature).
Custom Offers
Sellers are now able to send custom offers directly from the message conversation (provided that they have at
least one service offer published/active). Offers can have an expiration date set, and can also be retracted by
the sellers at any time. Buyers can accept (or deny) custom offer and pay for the service immediately.
Live Extras
Provide your end-users with the convenience of being able to purchase additional job extras during an ongoing/
live transaction, and drastically increase your sales! Live Extras can also be limited to only certain Seller Levels
and/or paid subscribers.
Buyer Processing Fee
Offset Payment Gateway processing fees buy charing buyers a processing fee. It can be configured as a fixed
amount/charge for each transaction, or a percentage of the transaction value. Buyer processing fee is automatically
added and collected during the checkout process.
Invoices
Enable buyers to generate and download invoices automatically from within the private transaction page. Users
are able to customize all of the information being displayed on the invoice from within their profile page.
Packages
Enables your sellers to combine specific services into price bundles, for a maximum flexibility, convenience and,
ultimately, increased revenue for your marketplace. A must have functionality for anyone serious about growing
their marketplace business.
Booking
Booking extension will enable your marketplace users to manage date and time sensitive jobs/appointments.
When selected as the price type, calendar of the available appointments is displayed at the time buyers are making
a purchase.
