Model# 86-120-04 From Ampeg's SLM era. Used in their SVT-806HE Bass Cab. 

This is a brand new/never used factory replacement 6.5" speaker with a NI of 4ohms rated at 50 watts. 

It is fitted with an 18 oz magnet and has a 1" Voice Coil. 

It was rumoured these were made by Eminence (similar to the Legend Series) but there is nothing on the speaker itself to indicate this.
