You are bidding on an all original and unusual cloth doll with a molded bisque bonnet head.   She is labeled UNICA made in Belguim and "LIBERATED HOLLAND" as the happy smiling face of the Dutch child celebrates  liberation after World War II.   Her face is bursting with happiness to be free again!  Her bonnet is glazed and her painted features--an open smiling mouth and expressive eyes-- show what liberation meant to the citizens of Europe after the war.  Her outfit is attached to the cloth body and is complete and perfect and was displayed only, not played with.  Stripes of red, white and blue, and a navy blue apron decorated with brass studs is complete, including panties, socks and little molded dutch shoes. Height is 12 inches and she is about 8 inches wide.  Be sure to review all photos. No spots or soil, no rips or tears or missing parts.  No odors. Overall a charming little girl to add to a collection of historical dolls, commemorative dolls or bonnet head dolls.
