SHIPPING & DISPATCH:
Free UK Delivery Orders are sent by Royal Mail 48, and are normally dispatched same/next working day, excluding weekends & Bank Holiday's.
We also offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for an additional cost.
If you wish to use this service please select it at the checkout.
We can not guarantee when you will receive your order but Free UK Delivery orders via Royal Mail 48 will normally arrive within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
On rare occasions items may take longer, if you have not received your item within 2-3 days after the expected arrival date, please let us know via the eBay messaging service.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure our images are as accurate as possible, due to the nature of computer monitors & mobile phone screens some variation in colour may occur.
YARN DYE LOT NUMBERS:
We always pick yarns for an order from one dye lot. If you Need a particular dye lot then please contact us and we'll do our best to obtain it for you, we can't guarantee dye lots matching from one order to the next.
RETURNS/RIGHT TO CANCEL:
Returns accepted, if you change your mind and would like a refund or an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via the eBay messaging service.
Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt via eBay return's.
Items should be returned in there original condition and packaging, unused with all tags attached.
Please include your invoice, if you haven't got your invoice please include a note with your order details/username.
RETURNS OF HOSIERY:
Hosiery returns are accepted if the item is unused and in the original unopened packaging.
Please check the size chart before placing your order, if tall & to the larger size of the sizing bracket, manufacturers advise to buy the next size up.

All items are checked before being dispatched however if any errors occur, please inform us within 72 hours.
If the item is defective or damaged, Little Things will pay for the return postage if notified about the defect in advance via eBay's messaging service.
We will only pay the return postage if it has been agreed in advance.
